Whenever I needed anything, I could always reach out to Raffaele, who went out of his way to assist. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. The apartment has an incredibly beautiful view of the sea! The historic old town, the train station, restaurants, the beach - everything is within walking distance. Serena was very helpful and gave us many tips for excursions and restaurants. We can only recommend the apartment!

Giovanni is a very kind and responsive host! A small gift for our children was waiting for us on arrival, which clearly touched us a lot. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is very well equipped and it can be noted that compared to other rental apartments, the equipment of this one is regularly renewed to give a new look. We also really enjoyed the private parking space and the access to the beach 2 min walk. We will be happy to stay in this accommodation for our next stay in Montesilvano.

Our stay at Gufo Verde was absolutely wonderful! Franca and Neri are kind and accommodating, and the apartment is without a doubt one of the cleanest and homiest Airbnbs I've ever stayed. The apartment is in a great location, but the backdrop of the mountains from the balcony is, "the star of the show". I would not hesitate to recommend Franca and Neri's place to anyone!

We thought everything was great, nice host and directly opposite a highly recommended restaurant la Rampa. Good starting point to discover. There are also free beaches a few kilometers further to the right.

Nice and cozy apartment, furnished with style and equipped with all comforts. The location is also not bad, just a few minutes from the center of Pescocostanzo with a beautiful view of the Abruzzo mountains. Highly recommended.

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino matches the description and photos. The sea is only 5 minutes away on foot and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs in a very beautiful Lido is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will certainly try again.

Wonderful place, perfectly situated in the heart of town

We had a great time, we felt right at home. The welcome was excellent and even if there was an unexpected initial with the boiler that did not provide hot water, the owners were ready to solve the problem as soon as possible. We'll be back

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials, even for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. Perfect holiday in a dream place! We stayed in this beautiful vacation home for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is fresh and quiet, with a swimming pool, garden and indoor parking. A special thank you to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, and who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful advice for exploring the area. We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,...
