If you are looking for a simple, functional, well situated and clean place to stay, this studio is for you ❤️. Located in a calm residential area, our studio is attached to the main house with an independant entry. 🚗You can park in our fully fenced garden with automated gate. We have an electrical charging station for electric cars (a fee will apply). Grocery store, bakeries and medical centre within walking distance. We speak 🇫🇷French, 🇬🇧English and 🇩🇪German.

This apartment surrounded by vineyards, has a terrace, 2 parking spaces and private access. Quiet is guaranteed. We called it Marius' vineyard in tribute to my grandfather. It includes: an independent bedroom and an independent kitchen, a shower room, a living/dining room, separate toilets as well as plenty of storage. It has: a 2-seater sofa bed, TV, DVD, reversible air conditioning, fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
