Fantastic stay over Easter at this beautiful house with stunning views 😍 Everything exactly as described and easy to check in. The deck and garden seating with beautiful and comfy lovely cushions, made for a great spot to relax outside. Inside the rooms were lovely too, so would recommend this house to others and look forward to returning ourselves one day too.

The Hacienda is the perfect place to unwind, braai and gaze at an incredible views for a few days. We got unlucky with the weather as it rained for half our time there, so if you are visiting in winter definitely take food that doesn’t need to be bbq’d or cooked in an oven and some games - definitely somewhere I would want to come back to in the summer! This place has been on our bucket list for the past year and finally our time to experience it. This place can only be described as a 5star experience where the attention to detail is at the top of this hosts list. The natural pool even though it was winter was the perfect cold plunge! As per my first visit to Lucky Crane Villas on my birthday in November, this visit was again spectacular. The interior aesthetics of Monika's design, the total comfort, the thoughtfully created functionality in every space, the integration with surrounding nature and the views out the windows, the private garden, and so much more - all this adds up to a truly fabulous experience. Definitely have dinner at the "The Courtyard Bistro and Theater", and breafast at "51", both must-visit destinations in their own right. Such a beautiful place. An awesome setting. The property is very well maintained. All necessary equipment or requirements fully met. Had a close encounter with a snake, which is not unexpected in the mountains. Flies a little troublesome. Again, not unexpected. Lovely pool. Would love to return in winter. Big fireplace. Would be an excellent place to write a book.

This was truly a piece of heaven! I didn't want to leave. If I weren't hosting an event in Cape Town - I wouldn't have left - and could have easily stayed for AT LEAST a week longer. The layout of the home was exquisite, very such clever design features everywhere. Such as the shutter doors that allow you to sleep feeling safe with fresh cool natural air blowing (even though it was warm in the days - it was cool at night), the beautiful bath with large window looking into the garden, the high ceilings in the living area - and I could go on and on. This place was a delight. I loved how peaceful and private it felt - looking out at the mountains across the garden, verandah, pool, deck and even an amazing sauna. Monika was so helpful, proactive, friendly and warm - and has built a place where you can feel nurtured, energized and peaceful. I can't recommend highly enough! I will be back many times!

The house is huge with more than enough space for everyone to relax. Fantastic Jetty and lovely part of the river for water sports. Great big entertainment area with indoor braai for all weather.

After using AirBnB for almost 10 years, this stay stands out at the top of the list of favourites. I felt like I visited a spa after the relaxing and luxurious stay in this retreat. Everything inside the house is incredibly tastefully curated. We will definitely be back.

Our family group of 12 had a fantastic weekend at Toad Hall, and it’s the perfect place for a large group. Right in the heart of Greyton, and with a great kitchen, pool and hot tub deck for social gatherings, while each room is private, comfortable and with nice bathrooms. Lisa was an excellent host, and communicated proactively throughout our booking process and visit.

It was an incredible break. Our dogs and kids loved the freedom of the lawn. The view is so great that you find yourself constantly looking at the mountain. Roger and Panda (the staff) were very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the walk up the mountain. Truly a very special place, worth the visit and definitely a place to go back to one day.
