The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is within 5 minutes walking distance and the outdoor pool is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains.
