Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

Welcome to the Ferme du Choinel in our renovated barn, combining charm and modern design. Close to the city (15 min from Rennes) and ideally located 40 min from the sea, relax in this cozy nest. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and the Château de Beauvais. We are at the exit of the village with all the shops accessible. The barn has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms. Great for remote work, tourists, pros, families and friends!

We welcome you with joy in an independent part of our house, a 17th century building in stone and earth, ecologically renovated. You will stay in the old bakery of the hamlet, hence its name of "Bread Oven". With direct views of the Bazouges-sous-Hédé pond, a Natura 2000 classified ornithological reserve, you can experience a rejuvenating immersion in nature. We will be happy to share our love of this unique place with you.

Studio "L'afterwork"

Situé à 10 minutes de l'entrée de Rennes et à 30 minutes de Saint-Malo, notre studio "L'afterwork" vous accueillera pour votre séjour. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée de notre habitation. L'entrée du logement est indépendante. Depuis août 2024, vous pouvez profiter d’un espace terrasse et son petit salon extérieur qui sont privatifs au studio. En cas de demandes particulières, n'hésitez pas à nous adresser un message.

Located 30 minutes from Rennes on the Saint-Malo route, close to must-see sites: Dinan, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel. The accommodation is a small chalet in the countryside on the heights of Cardroc. It consists of a large living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a terrace to enjoy the exceptional views. Whether you're coming for vacation, weekend or work, you're welcome in this peaceful and unique environment!!
