Des commerces se trouvent à 200m du logement et d'autres dans les villes voisines. Champagnac est une ancienne cité minière qui se situe à proximité de plusieurs lacs pour se baigner l'été (voiture) ainsi que des circuits de randonnées. En hiver, 3 stations de ski se trouvent a moins d'une heure du logement en voiture.

Old low-ceilinged house, typical of the Limousin farmhouse. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a lunch basket for 2 people at €38 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer's cheese, homemade bread, cottage cheese with fruit, a bottle of wine).
