The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

The beautiful 1960s house is located in Igls, a cozy district of Innsbruck. It offers a unique view in all directions. The house can accommodate a large family (also with a dog), has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly furnished and barrier-free, even with a stair lift. In 15 minutes you can reach Innsbruck city center by car or bus and in a few minutes the Patscherkofel ski resort.

The apartment offers 35sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).

Whole accommodation

My accommodation has 42sqm and is relatively centrally located. Bus connection outside the door, 10 minutes to the center, quiet location. You'll love my place because of the location and surroundings. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.
