Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lantsch/Lenz

Me and my boyfriend André spent 4 days here. The apartment location is amazing and the apartment itself had everything we needed! The check in process was easy and the communication with our host Martin was quick via the airbnb app. We are so pleased with our stay here! We highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! Extremely well organized apartment. Most thorough set of instructions and helpful hints that I've encountered. Beds were quite comfortable. Some brighter light bulbs in the bedrooms would have been a plus.

We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Der Kontakt mit Tamara war unkompliziert. Es folgten detaillierte Infos zur Wohnung sowie zur Umgebung. Die Lage ist tip top, Bushaltestelle vom Sportbus in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf. Nähe zum See und zu den Bergbahnen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und man kann viele Sachen mitnutzen (Trip Trap, Bücher, Spiele, Kaffeemaschine, TV-Streaming, Internet, Schwimmbad, Sauna, Tiefgarage, Skiraum, usw). Küchenmässig hat es alles was man benötigt (inkl. Racletteofen und Fonduegeschirr). Heimelige Wohnung. Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Kleine Küche hat erstaunlich viel Stauraum.

Vi har nydt et skønt ophold i en dejlig velindrettet lejlighed. Blandt andet har vi nydt den overdækkede terrasse, da vi var heldige at have flot og varmt vejr. Vi har sovet i gode senge alle fire En super god ide er, at der ligger et info hæfte på flere sprog med mange gode oplysninger i. Bl.a. om hvor man finder indkøb, restauranter og seværdigheder. Det er nemt at tage toget fra stationen som ligger 10 min. gang fra lejligheden. I samme afstand ligger færge, som sejler til øen Ufenau og byen Rapperswil. Tak for et dejligt ophold.

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und wurde vom Gastgeber im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, falls man nicht kochen möchte. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Frühstück unten im Hotel! 😊

Jana is een vriendelijke host. Zeer behulpzaam en outgoing. We voelde ons op ons gemak. Het appartement is zeer schoon en ruim. We mochten tegen een kleine vergoeding gebruik maken van de sauna. Zeker aan te raden.

الشقة رائعة جداً و اطلالتها اروع على بحيرة walensee موقعها بداخل walensee resort المكان اكثر من رائع لا يوجد تكييف و لم يكن مهم لأن الأجواء رائعه للوصول للموقع اعبر على سكة القطار لأن الاحداثيات توصلك لمدخل خاطئ

Alles tip top, hat alles super geklappt. Sehr angenehmes Apartment, genügend Platz für 2 Personen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne großzügige Sonnenterrasse. James ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, hat hilfreiche Tipps und antwortet schnell. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Ausgangslage für unsere Radtouren in der Umgebung. Supermarkt und Restaurants gleich ums Eck. Einzig der Glockenturm nebenan läutet sehr laut und sehr häufig (zu jeder Viertelstunde) und um 7h auch sehr lange. Das Bimmelprogramm geht zwischen 5h und Mitternacht. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, ist das etwas nervig :-)

Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und gemütliche Wohnung. Es gibt alles was man braucht und wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Rhein ist toll und das Dorf Andeer ist eine super Ausgangslage für schöne Wanderungen. Der Check In war unkompliziert und Ladina ist eine sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Top :-) wir können absolut nichts bemängeln. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Wohnung, blitzsauber, ruhig gelegen, top ausgestattete Küche, schöner Balkon, bequemes Bett... 5 Sterne mehr als verdient :-)

We stayed at Clio’s place for a few days with our 2 dogs and we had a great time there. Lots of things to do in the cities around it and in Laax. The apartment is cozy and big enough for 2 people and more. Highly recommend! 🙌

Es war ein super schönes Wochenende im Chalet Balu. Ruhige Lage, super schöne Aussicht, extrem sauber und top ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal für ein Wochenende hier. Alles war rundum wie beschrieben und hat super geklappt. Ideal für uns sodass wir für nächstes Jahr bereits schon wieder gebucht haben 🤗

Traumhaft schönes Haus was keine Wünsche offen lässt!!! Rosario ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar bei Fragen ;) Perfekter Platz für einen schönen Urlaub !!!

Great stay with beautiful views of the mountains. The house had all amenities needed to enjoy a mountain get away and plenty of space for the whole family (plenty of kitchen supplies and firewood). Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Wir waren eine 12er Mädelsgruppe die ihre Fussballsaison ausklingen lassen wollte. Das Haus war dafür mit ihren versch. Wohnungen perfekt ausgerüstet. Die große Terrasse war super zum verweilen und zusammen sitzen essen und spielen - auch im Haus gabs genügend Platz wenn’s abends kälter wurde. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut. Schnell zu Bahn, und Dorf. Wir können im Dorf auch wärmstens das Heuboda empfehlen. Kommunikation mit Mario und seinem Team war makellos, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf kurzfristige Änderungen eingegangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. vielen Dank dafür !

Great place to stay! We visited for a family weekend and found the Airbnb incredibly well-equipped. We would definitely book again.
