The Villa is surrounded by old olive trees, vineyards and pristine farm land. Villa Caravaggio is only 3 km away from numerous beaches, idyllic towns, restaurants and promenades.

The apartment that will welcome you, spacious and bright, is located on the first floor of a renovated historic villa among the Marche hills, just outside the center of Fermo. The windows open to a wide hillside view, which will give you suggestive sunsets. The strategic location will allow you to comfortably reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast, the historic Piazza del Popolo di Fermo, many of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and the Sibillini Mountains National Park.

Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.
