Sointula is a two-storey winterized cottage with a beautiful lake view from the upper floor and terrace. The cottage has its own gentle beach with a hard gravel bottom. You can also swim from the dock. There is a rowing boat and life jackets. Many of the guests are enthusiastic about fishing because they have had a good catch.

Welcome to a warm and cozy apartment as part of an old log building. The house is located in Kaukaa, under the chimneys of the paper mill. The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) The short sofa is not suitable for sleeping. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & sauna, big balcony furnished and cosy to cool off after the sauna add luxury. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
