Unique Villa by the Lake

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua ja tutustua vaikka särään, yhteen Suomen seitsemästä ihmeestä. Vuonna 2024 valmistunut perheemme täysin varusteltu yli 100 neliön vapaa-ajan asunto Lemillä Kivijärven rannalla tarjoaa rauhallisen lepohetken luonnon helmassa. Puhtaaseen järviveteen pääsee pulahtamaan vain 20 metrin päässä talosta. Ranta on lapsiystävällinen ja suuntautuu etelään. Pihapiiri on helppo kulkuinen ja siinä on hyvin paikoitustilaa.

Night Water Studio

The Night Water Studio is located in Mikkeli's Himalansaari, a former elementary school completed in 1893. Guests have access to a kitchen, dining room, hallway, blue porch, TV area, two toilets shower room, and 1-5 bedrooms, and two yards. The fences have electricity and are winter habitable, and in the summer, comfortably cool. Extra beds available. The yard has a spacious, covered summer kitchen and a large dining table. Charcoal grill and gas barbeque available.

Erillinen grillikatos yhteiskäytössä. Soutuvene, isot terassit ja oma laituri. Mahdollisuus varata lisähintaan 2 hengen nukkuma-aitta. Alueella myös muutamia muita vuokramökkejä.

The nearest swimming spot is 100m away. The logs of a 120-year-old old house exude ambiance and history. On the large terrace, enjoy cooking, dining, and a night out. For cooking, there's a big charcoal grill under the canopy and a gas grill for eating a bigger party.
