The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts, large and spacious. The QUIET area with beautiful views. The hostess is very kind and attentive to every need. We were very happy and recommend it to everyone!

Casa Ciuffina is spacious, bright and with all necessary comfort. Large garden with hammocks and lots of green. The host was very kind and helpful, even in the suggestions for organizing activities and visits. Very quiet location, great breakfast included. Great value for money.

The house is beautiful: large, full of beautiful things and useful things, nothing is missing and it feels like it is a lived and loved house. There is a large, well-kept garden where you can find a thousand quiet corners to read, sunbathe or take a nap. Outside there is also everything for the barbecue, living room, dining table, sun loungers. There are two living rooms, one for each floor and a studio/office corner in one of the two. The internal staircase is very wide and bright. The kitchen is well equipped, you will hardly miss anything! In short, in a moment you will feel as if you were at home. The owners are exquisite people, extremely helpful but never intrusive (if you don't know the area, don't miss having a chat with them to discover many interesting things and have personalized tips!). We are happy to have been the first guests of the house and would definitely like to come back as soon as possible!

spot on for me and my family. we did look for a refugee,not to cold and close to the snow. warm and if you know how to do a fire place there you have the way to do it. thank you Dennis

Rented for the "100 days at maturity" to spend some time together, we could not have made a better choice. Spectacular house, many common spaces where you can spend time together and have fun, kind and friendly owners... if there are other events of this type I would not hesitate to return with other friends. I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casale Sabina Valley. The farmhouse is charming and the private pool gave us many hours of fun with our little ones. The area is so quiet and the views and stars are stunning. Boris could not have been more helpful and responsive before and during our stay. A lovely touch was him digging out a box of toys for the children to play with which they loved. Highly recommend for a homely authentic Italian experience.

A spacious accommodation, recently renovated. The time spent there was too short and we hope to be able to return, for the tranquility and the views. A small-town accommodation surrounded by greenery. Great cordiality. Short review: fabulous.

This is a true gem! Villa Ferranti is an amazing agriturismo, with very stylish apartments and a lovely pool. You feel right at home. The hosts Bauke and Melanie are super helpful and have great tips for trips, restaurants or hikes in the area. We enjoyed the stunning mountains (Campo Imperatore, is just an hour away and you find yourself in a different world) and enjoyed the blue sea and pristine beach. The bike ride along the coast is also highly recommended. The apartment is fully equipped: it has a dishwasher, comfortable beds and you can enjoy some relax time on your own terrace. The view is stunning all around. We loved having a visit at the ducks and chickens, scrambling around. And the tomatoes from their own vegetable garden were delicious. 10/10 would recommend staying here! Bauke and Melanie, many thanks for your hospitality!

A great place to stay, well located and walking distance to the town square and restaurants. Correspondence was great, including restaurant suggestions. The pool is excellent, photos don’t do it justice! The property was a lot bigger than expected. Only negative is that the first floor single beds aren’t singles they aren’t suitable for adults and the lift broke, which was a bit of an inconvenience for my father in law. However, the cots and bed bumpers provided for kids were good. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Heartily recommended! Such a wonderful place with a view of the mountains that is second to none. The host is very helpful as well. One thing to keep in mind is that the road to the house is quite bumpy, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine

Beautiful home in an oasis of peace. Pool, billiards, many rooms, the barbecue, the garage, a thousand amenities: in a week we only left twice. All satisfied and we will be back
