The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.
