Duplex only 5 minutes from the beach. First floor has a toilet, living room with sofa bed, A/C, kitchenette and terrace overlooking the pool. Upper floor: bathroom, hallway with terrace, three bedrooms and another terrace in the master bedroom. The rooms have A/C and a ceiling fan. It has a parking space, swimming pool, and paddle tennis court. Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking and parties are not allowed inside. Summer rentals are for full weeks, from Sunday to Sunday.

Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.
