Beachfront holiday rentals in Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale

This stay was a dream! We didn’t rent a car during our stay but where this was located, we didn’t need to! It was down the block from the beach with a ton of restaurants. Not to mention, you have access to the buildings amenities. Heyka was so responsive and easy to communicate with. We would 1000% stay here again during our yearly or even quarterly visits!

The apartment was really impeccable, as seen in the photos and complying with everything indicated in the description. From the closet with beach and pool items to the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

Denise was an amazing host, one great aspect about the stay was the the binder full of resources ranging from quality restaurants to amazing services. Would definitely come back again.

I had a Wonderful stay at Sunny Place!! I originally booked unit 2 but was switched to unit 3 before check in due to an issue with the air conditioning. Unit 3 has a private patio and was very comfortable. The beach is a short walk away(1 minute) and you don't have to cross any busy road, so accessible. Ornella was great, she sent an email with so much information about Pompano Beach - restaurants, beaches, shops, boat and jet ski rental and more! I loved the location and the airbnb and am planning on staying for a month next year!

Great location- less than a mile to the beach. Loved the pool. Good communal space inside for our group. Thankful there were chairs and umbrellas for our use.

What an amazing location! We enjoyed sitting out by the ICW with a cocktail, watching the boats go by as much as we enjoyed the beach. So walkable to great restaurants, bars and an easy walk to the beach, but it felt private and was so quiet. The kitchen was well stocked which was appreciated during our two week stay. Everyone at the complex was nice and off-street parking was easy. The bed was comfortable but as other guests reported, it was incredibly loud any time you moved. That was the only negative, and we would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed for a week. Great spacious condo with anything you could need. Very clean. Great location. We took a walk every evening and felt completely safe. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Never heard or saw any neighbors living within the complex. Having access to the washer and dryer was really convenient! I 100% recommend booking this place and plan to be back!

Thank you Martha your place is just what the doctor ordered!! Relaxing, right on the water, Bay view is a plus, city view at night, chairs and towels w/ umbrellas plus while on the beach soaking in the sun and water GREAT!!!!! Will be back.

We stayed at Maria’s condo for 3 nights. Great location and the amenities are nice. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Felt like living in a private spa. Everything clean, practical and comfortable. Could use a couple fans as the AC had a bit of a problem keeping up in the summer heat but really not an amenity that wasn’t thought of. Great place and great host highly recommend for 2-6 people.

Amazing hosts and a beautiful property! The team went above and beyond for my family and our stay. Hotel amenities are a great plus while still having a private residence to yourself. Our family vacation here was incredible! This house is everything you hope for in a getaway, right on the water with the most peaceful views, and packed with everything you need to relax and enjoy time together. The kitchen was a total standout huge, beautifully designed, and stocked with all the essentials (plus extras!). We cooked most of our meals there and loved hanging out as a family while cooking and eating. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the hot tub was perfect for the adults to unwind at night. The sauna was such a fun bonus — like having a spa right in the house! Every space felt clean, welcoming, and well taken care of. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also great common areas for us to hang out together. It felt like a perfect mix of luxury and comfort — we never wanted to leave. Truly one of the best family vacations we’ve had. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a perfect time on our long weekend stay at Tina’s place!! She was super accommodating and friendly. The spot is exactly as it is described and exceeded my expectations. Very relaxing. Quiet. This was one of my most enjoyable Airbnb stays. The apartment was pristine, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The instructions on getting in and the community rules were clear and concise. The view from the balcony was incredible for the price I paid for the unit (though I did book discounted days!). The community is very quiet; I only saw a few other residents getting sun near the pool. I never passed anyone going in and out of the room. I walked to the beach and to restaurants in the area. I worked during the day, and the Wi-Fi did its job for conference calls and typical virtual work activities. There is one dedicated parking spot which was key if you have a rental car. Paid parking near the beach is not cheap. I had a couple of questions and feedback during my stay. I always received a prompt, thoughtful response. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area.

This place is everything you could can ask for. The room is great and has everything you need. The location is perfect - 3 minute walk to the beach, many great restaurants in walking distance, and access to several different pools. The rooftop pool was definitely a hit and the view of the intercostal is amazing! Chairs on the beach are provided and that is super convenient. Building staff was super helpful and friendly. We are currently in the talks of planning our next trip!!!

Most outstanding was communication with Larry and quick response. If you need something, ask him. Very nice person to deal with. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean, bright with big windows and sliding doors. The place is less than a block from the beach. Two beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels available. There’s Hugh Birch SP, about 5 mins walk. Great restaurants steps from the Airbnb and many along the A1A. Publix shopping and mall are a 15 minute walk. A pretty River Walk is 15 min uber ride or take a $2/pps electric circuit ride. We had a wonderful 3 weeks there.

Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely flat, clean comfy linens, cozy blankets, pillows and sleeping accommodations. Easy access with key code. Well appointed kitchen, lots of bathroom goodies and creature comforts, lotions and candles. Luxurious atmosphere at a bargain price just steps from the beach. Communicative, generous host. Loved it- would absolutely book again!

This place was perfect for our group! Everything we needed was easily in walking distance including several delicious restaurants and beach access. The wagons, beach chairs, and umbrellas were a nice touch. The place was clean and very spacious. The host was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend staying here!

We stayed at Derek’s house for almost 14 days and we all loved it. Such a beautiful home and even better in person than the pictures! The house had everything we needed and more. I would not hesitate to book this house again. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Great communication, clean and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for hosting us!
