Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Salinas

Beautiful dpto for up to four people. Very spacious, organized, with everything you need for the tourist. The building has amenities available to all who stay in it, such as pool, gym, game room, green spaces. A short walk from the beach and the Mall. No need to move the car. The area is safe, and at night very quiet, despite being in a commercial area of Viña. Excellent option to stay who looking to enjoy the beach, the sea and shopping in the most important shops in Chile. Fernanda, the host, always attentive to any inquiries, responding very quickly through email.

The apartment is just like the photographs, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The best thing is the view from the balcony. In addition, the check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It has a large balcony and a well-equipped kitchen, even with a washing machine. It's comfortable and everything works perfectly. The parking is also very comfortable, spacious and with space. The photos do not do justice to the wonderful view towards the beach, very clean, with everything you need, just a few minutes from the vergara dock, ideal to watch the sunset. Carola is always attentive to any questions I had. I would definitely go again.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for the stay, in addition to having a view to the sea. The building has all the necessary amenities and not being old is everything in excellent condition. The house is very cozy. It has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Karla's parents are very kind to you and are very attentive to you having a good time. The surroundings are nice and very peaceful. I'm sure I'll enjoy that amazing water jar again.

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the sector. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!
