Its location at the beginning of Las Ballenas beach makes it ideal for easy access to the main entertainment areas and strolling through the village. The residential complex has two swimming pools and exclusive parking. The rooftop pool offers incredible ocean views and is perfect for relaxing at sunset.

Small house on a hillside, beautiful sea view, 8 minutes walk from the center of the village and all amenities. The house is composed of a kitchen lounge, 1 bedroom + a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. Attention, you will have to, to get to the house go up by a staircase of about a hundred steps. Because of this, the house may not be suitable for everyone. But the sea view is so beautiful from the terrace!!!
