Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Terrenas

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place! You can enjoy the comfort of the accommodation, its pools and above all the beach that is just across the street, all in one place. The staff at the accommodation are excellent, friendly and treat you well. Communication with the host (Ronny) is excellent, very kind and courteous. He was always available during our stay. Recommendation 10/10. Feel free to select this place.

This was the nicest units in the area and provided a warm and welcoming environment. The staff kept the units and surrounding area very clean. We felt safe and enjoyed such a great space and layout. Camila was very responsive and made the check in and check out process very easy. I would highly suggest this location for a future vacation. The pool was very clean and peaceful.

All guests: Look no further, this home is a real gem! I'm used to using Airbnb, and I can say without hesitation that Irene is an exceptional host. Warm, attentive, always available and impressive. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, even sharing her best tips for discovering the region. The accommodation is impeccable: quiet, clean, bright, very well-equipped and above all secure, you immediately feel at home. For Bachata enthusiasts, the location is ideal: you are a few minutes' walk from the best dancing spots (Mosquito, Babylon, Etno, Los Kikis, Totem). And on the nature side, you're surrounded by sublime beaches where you can enjoy a piña colada facing a dreamy landscape. This stay exceeded my expectations. Go there without a second thought!

A peaceful, soulful tiny retreat We stayed at this tiny apartment in Las Terrenas with my wife and baby, and it was truly a special experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of peace — the sound of birds in the morning, the natural warmth of the wood, and a creative, minimalist design that invites you to slow down and take a breath. The space is small but beautifully designed. Everything is in its place, super clean, organized, and full of personality. It reminded me of a cozy Nordic cabin — simple yet rich in charm — with a tropical twist that makes it unforgettable. Harley was an excellent host, always responsive and thoughtful. You can tell there's love and care behind every detail. If you're looking for a quiet, inspiring place to disconnect and recharge, this is it. We'd love to come back.

e had a wonderful weekend stay at the Palmas! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family of five. We felt very happy throughout our visit, and it was a great place to stay with kids. The surrounding area was beautiful and full of great options for dining and exploring. The on-site restaurants had delicious food and excellent service. The kids especially loved the pool — it was the perfect size and atmosphere for them to play and have fun. Our absolute favorite part of the trip was the beach. The water was pristine and calm — ideal for a relaxing family beach day. Having access to chairs, loungers, and an umbrella made everything even better. One of the highlights of the apartment itself was the terrace. It was the perfect spot for dinners and late-night conversations while listening to the sound of the waves. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great amenities, and beach getaway!

Kesta was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Being able to communicate with her for assistance on site when needed was a plus. Our original apartment had weak wifi signal making it hard to work but we were able to move to a smaller apartment in front which had better signal. Though the location isn't quiet, it isn't in a busy area with excessive noise. We were able to work and take calls comfortably. You do get the occasional power outages but thankfully they didn't last long. Definitely recommend and would return.

Excellent place. Comfortable, clean and attentive to every detail, the nearby beach is beautiful and waiting for the sunset there was everything. The host was super attentive to my family. We will definitely be back.

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

Beautiful home me and my family enjoyed it

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

We really fell in love with Villa Lomita. This charming Caribbean house is located in a quiet and green residence. We particularly enjoyed the shady and intimate terrace, and the large pool. The location is ideal: everything is done on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, etc.) I was able to telework in excellent conditions thanks to a reliable internet connection and two well-equipped workspaces. A peaceful and comfortable place, just perfect! Thank you to Mélissa for her kindness and the quality of her hospitality.

I had already stayed in this residential complex, but not in this apartment, and it was an extraordinary change. Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy the land. It fully matches the description and all the amenities. 100% recommended, we hope to return soon!

We love to visit Las Terrenas and this trip didn’t disappoint. The unit was clean and everything we expected from previous stays at Louisa. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Punta Playa Popy in Las Terrenas! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and activities. Everything you could want is less than 5 minutes away! The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The beach nearby is breathtaking, and the vibe of the whole area is peaceful yet full of life. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were modern, clean, and brand new, we truly felt at home and it was dream come true vacation! The hosts are outstanding: welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips that made our trip even better. If you're thinking of coming to Las Terrenas, this is the place to stay.
