Holiday rentals in L'Assunta

Flavio‘s place is truly special! It’s not in the middle of tourists-which we appreciated. The beach that is just steps away was wonderful to enjoy with the locals! Shops and restaurants are a short 20 minute walk away – but since the weather heated up, we drove every evening to grab dinner and walk around – which was wonderful! Flavio was an excellent host & provided local recommendations and helping with dinner reservations. He checked in to make sure we were enjoying our time. We fell in love with this location. It is truly special!

A small cottage that looks like a luxury cabin, simply wonderful, full of charm close to the beautiful OSTUNI and in the heart of Puglia. Everything was impeccable, beautifully decorated, extremely neat. Olenka was a thoughtful host (yes, it's nice to have water for her stay, a small package of pasta and enough to have breakfast the morning of her arrival; and it's nice to have a little message in the middle of the stay to see if everything is going well and if you need anything). In short, what to say? That everything was perfect and that our only regret was not staying more. A big thank you to Olenka for hosting us and see you next time. Marina

This was one of my absolute favorite places we have ever stayed. Jessica is extremely responsive and very kind. Our family had a little trouble finding the location and Jessica called me back when we had difficulty. She also checked in on us to ensure everything was going well. This property is extraordinarily beautiful and feels charming, homey, and so relaxing. I really want to return! Thank you Jessica and Velia for your hospitality! 5 stars – absolutely perfect! Stefano and Maddalena were the best hosts we could have hoped for! Stefano was always available, incredibly friendly and truly caring. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcome and well taken care of. The location is an absolute dream, perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. The property is beautifully designed, very well-equipped and maintained with great attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend both Stefano, Maddalena and their amazing place. Thank you so much!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

I've been looking forward to writing this review as Villa Amuree is an exceptional place, tucked away on a peaceful lane in the hills, with views across to the Adriatic Sea. It felt just like a feature from a designer magazine with minimalist furnishings, high ceilings and a fabulous kitchen with every possible tool and piece of equipment. Each of the 3 double bedrooms was simply styled and had king-size beds with beautiful linen sheets and en-suite bathrooms, each with their own private outdoor shower (as well as the indoor one!) The AC was faultless and made coming back even more delicious after a hot day in the sun. But we spent most of our days (when not off visiting villages and beaches) in the amazing outside spaces - kitchen with BBQ, formal & informal seating, poolside loungers and everywhere landscaped perfectly. And there's that beautiful pool where we spent several hours every day. We paid for the heating supplement which was so worthwhile. So, a really perfect holiday villa
