Historical & luxurious 2Bdr duplex – Notre Dame

This historical apartment has been luxuriously refurbished with bespoke furniture in 2019. If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!
