Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due coppie e due bambini, purtroppo solo per 5 giorni. La villa é avvolta in un parco sconfinato e molto curato con una piscina meravigliosa ed un area esterna comodissima! L interno è molto spazioso Ma l’esterno è la parte più bella, ha anche un comodo barbecue in muratura utilissimo! I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci mille indicazioni! Grazie mille di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente!! Luca

Logement conforme et même plus aux photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer d'agréable vacances en famille. Le secteur est calme et résidentiel, il est cependant nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour accéder aux belles plages et activités. Les échanges avec Filomena ont été parfaits ainsi que l'accueil et la disponibilité sur place de Cinzia. Très agréablement surpris de trouver à notre arrivée de l'eau fraiche, tomates, basilic, fruits dans le frigo ainsi que de quoi se cuisiner des pâtes en sauce tomate !!!! Encore merci à Cinzia. Due notti davvero speciali in una casa unica! Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di amici in questa splendida struttura e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La cura nei dettagli è evidente in ogni angolo, dagli arredi accoglienti all’atmosfera calda e rilassante. L’alloggio è perfetto per condividere momenti tra amici o in coppia, con spazi pensati per stare bene insieme. Un punto forte? La piscinetta interna tipo jacuzzi nel bagno: un vero angolo di relax privato, comodo e riservato, perfetto dopo una giornata in compagnia. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Tony, il proprietario. È stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Era anche il mio compleanno, e con grande attenzione mi ha consigliato una pasticceria fantastica. Un gesto che ho apprezzato tantissimo e che ha reso tutto ancora più speciale. Consiglio davvero questa casa a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, rilassante e piena di piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Grazie di cuore Tony, torneremo presto!

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus! Die Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes; Elena war immer erreichbar, antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Der Check in klappte dank Schlüsselbox einwandfrei. Das Haus ist großartig ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Ich habe noch nie in einem Apartment eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gesehen, es war alles vorhanden und im makellosen Zustand. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ein Traum für mich, ich habe ziemlich lange dicke Haare und meistens im Urlaub Probleme, diese zu waschen, da meistens zu wenig Wasser aus den duschköpfen kommt ;) Das Doppelbett ist so bequem, die Matratze einwandfrei, nicht durchgelegen, wir haben super geschlafen. In jedem Zimmer ist eine Aircon die wir trotz Hitze nicht benutzt haben. Die Nähe zu Rom, der wunderschöne Strand per Fuß erreichbar, waren für uns die Argumente Diese Unterkunft zu buchen. La casa di Sabina ci è piaciuta tantissimo. Semplice ed essenziale ma ben fornita e accogliente. Non ci è mancato nulla e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Dall’abitazione partono due sentieri che in pochi passi portano a bellissimi terrazzamenti sul mare e in un paio di minuti ad un piccolo angolo di paradiso. L’accesso al mare è facile anche per i più piccoli e l’acqua è cristallina e piena di vita. Maschera e boccaglio fissi! Tramonto indimenticabile. Grazie Sabina e grazie Cinzia e un saluto a tutte le persone squisite che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere. A presto!

Notre séjour chez Stefano s’est très bien passé. La communication avec Stefano était parfaite, il a toujours été réactif et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les environs et restaurants à faire. La maison était charmante, décorée avec goût et très propre. On s’y est sentis comme chez nous ! Je recommande vivement ce logement

Illaria's villa is the best choice if you need something really private, peaceful, with big green yard and a cosy little house. Our furry family members were also warmly welcomed! It is 7 min car drive to the beach (a wide and long coastline with everything you need) and 45 min drive to Colosseum. If you come by car you have a very secure and locked parking slot on the territory which is also priceless :) Can't wait to come back again!

Lucilla is a tremendous host—warm, communicative, and thoughtful throughout. She personally met us on arrival to ease our way into the gated community and was there again to see us off at the end of our stay. You’re not just booking a rental—you’re staying in her cherished summer home, and it feels that way from the moment you walk in. The house is lovely, with a private walk-out gate that makes getting into the heart of Nettuno a breeze. Everything—the beach, historic center, shops, and restaurants—is just steps away. We stayed over a warm June weekend, and with the windows open, we could hear the nearby beach entertainment at night—part of the charm of coastal Italy in summer. If you’re a light sleeper, a pair of earplugs might be helpful, but we found it all part of the lively, local atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Nettuno with the added comfort of a gracious and attentive host.

A great stay in a beautiful location perfect for big groups. Tranquil and well kitted out. Cinzia is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for more.

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 13, made up of 4 generations. Not only are the properties beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with authentic furniture and art, the grounds are gorgeous so you’re always looking at flowers, trees and greenery along with an epic view from the balcony. The big pool area was a real highlight. If you like being in a place with real character where you intend to make the most of being home this is ideal. The hosts and on-site caretaker (Luciano and family) could not have been more helpful going out of their way to ensure we had everything at all times, even taking us to the train station to get our early flights. This was the home away from home we needed and we think it will be hard to beat this set up for our future family holidays! Thank you so much x

After a few hot days in crowded Rome, Daniele's place was just what we needed. We promised our teenage sons that we would just chill after their exams and that's exactly what we did and it was the perfect spot for it. The accommodation was perfect for four people. The air conditioning was quiet and effective, and the kitchen had everything. Both bedrooms have smart TVs so we could relax at night with the usual viewing platforms. The outdoor area was definitely the highlight. Daniele kept the pool so clean and it was so nice to have it in the heat. There are different seating areas and swing seats and hammocks. We did a trip to the beach at Sabaudia which was beautiful and also went to the local beach which was perfect for a quick swim. Daniele and his wife Ewa were the best hosts. They live in the house beside the apartment so are on hand if you need anything and were so kind and helpful for our stay but they leave you alone so you have total privacy with the outdoor area. Perfection!

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. la casa è bellissima e ideale per una fuga d'amore. un pò trasandato il fuori, in vero peccato. L'amaca era sporca, l'erba tagliata lasciata da una parte, le sdraio rotte e i divani senza cuscini. il frigorifero rotto poi è stato pessimo. col caldo che faceva e con a disposizione un frigo bar piccolo è stato un pò un disastro. nel complesso molto buono, giusto per un giorno e una notte. La jacuzzi che esce dal letto è stata una chicca, ma anche quella un pò troppo poco pulita.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Cisterna di Latina. Als vriendengroep van 6 jonge mannen hebben wij hier 10 dagen gebivakkeerd. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige huis. De gastheer en de gastvrouw verblijven in een woning onder het verblijf. Deze aanwezigheid hebben wij als zeer positief ervaren. Zij kwamen ons zelfs donuts en chocoladebroodjes brengen. Verder merk je amper dat gastvrouw en gastheer onder het verblijf wonen. Dankzij het heerlijke buitenverblijf hebben wij het gros van de 10 dagen buiten verbleven. In elke kamer is er airco, dat maakt de nachten aangenaam. Het zwembad brengt de nodige verkoeling in de middag. Het zwembad wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt en het gras wordt gemaaid. Ook heeft u de mogelijkheid om de 3 honden van het huishouden te ontmoeten. De beestjes zijn heel lief, maar je moet geen irritatie hebben aan honden, ze komen namelijk graag in de buurt van je zitten. Kortom: wij hebben 10 fantastische dagen gehad in dit verblijf.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.
