Holiday rentals with beach access in Latte

We have a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The view is absolutely amazing and you are right across the street from a beautiful beach for swimming. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and even left a little gift for our baby. Great location for visiting menton or day trips to other gorgeous coastal towns. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Laura struck us as a genuinely friendly and sincere person, who wants to make sure her guests are comfortable. She even brought us some milk, as I did not have time to shop. The site is unusual, as it's in a old renovated grand hotel. The park around the apartments is huge and well-maintained. It's a walk to the center of town and the beach, which will be good for you after you eat Laura's snacks. Be sure not to stop at the first gate labelled with the address, as that is actually the pedestrian exit. The car entrance is further on down the road. Laura was off on the day we came, so she helped us find a parking spot and explained everything in person. There seem to be many parking spots available, though. The apartment decor was pretty.

We stayed at Nadia's apartment for a month and could not have been happier with our choice. This is a very well appointed and spacious apartment located on a pedestrian only street near to the beach, shops and cafes/restaurants. Menton is a great place to base yourself for a vacation on the Cote d'Azur. Train and bus connections provide easy access to towns across the Cote d'Azur as well as Italy. We visited Sanremo and Genoa during our stay. The host is responsive and made our stay easy. I highly recommend this apartment.

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

Davvero ottima soluzione in un’area molto elegante delle città. Comodissima per ogni spostamento logistico ( mare a un passo, Francia a un passo) . Appartamento molto ben curato e in un tranquillissimo contesto

Sehr gute und schöne Unterkunft, sehr gemütlichem Balkon aufs Meer, mit top Aussicht auf den Hafen, auf das Städtchen in Fussdistanz und hinten in Richtung Nordseite. Die Wohnung ist vollständig und sehr praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Autogarage ist sicher und Aufzug direkt auf den 5. Stock. Die 2 ACs sind perfekt, flexibel konfigurierbar und sicher Mitte Juni bereits notwendig.

This was one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in many all over the world. The apartment is huge, so clean, perfect location and the views from balcony breathtaking. The host was great from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time in Nice. Thank you

Safe, clean and easy!! Constantine made it easy for us and helped me out when I struggled a bit getting to Aéroport! He is a 5 star host!!

Vraiment bien! Les hotes ont été très disponibles pour notre arrivée. Joli petit logement, très conforme aux photos, le jardin est charmant. Il est situé à deux pas de la gare et de la mer. Je recommande.

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war super um zu entspannen aber auch um Unternehmungen zu machen. Dafür haben die Gastgeber viele gute Tipps. Die Wohnung war richtig schön einfach zum wohlfühlen. Danke!

Fräscht boende med jättebra location! Bra och tydlig information från värden, enkelt att checka in. Mysigt område och fin strandpromenad. Rekommenderar!

Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Perfekte Lage direkt am Meer. Appartement gut ausgestattet mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, schöner Dusche etc. Kleiner Negativpunkt: Schlafsofa nicht sonderlich bequem, zu wenig Toil.Papier.

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.

Excellent séjour chez Stéphane. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéalement situé pour visiter Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc.. Gros + pour le parking sous-terrain. Très bon contact avec Stéphane.

Bella casa ordinata e pulita di fronte alla spiaggia e vicinissima al centro e al parcheggio interrato. Giovanni è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio assolutamente la location.

Excellente semaine passée dans l'appartement de Muriel avec un accueil très sympathique de Corinne. Tout était conforme à la description sur le site. Une belle ville, un bel appartement et une immense terrasse avec le soleil toute la journée. Une fois la voiture au parking, tout se fait à pieds (courses, marché, restaurants, casino,...) avec la gare toute proche 11 minutes pour Monaco, 13 minutes pour Vintimille, et des bus au pied de l'immeuble si l'on n''aime pas le train. Parfait pour nous. ...nous n'avons pas testé la plage car fin mars c'est un peu juste, mais pour les courageux, elle est à 50 mètres de l'immeuble.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement tres bien situé et avec une vue splendide qui va nous manquer! Merci à Maria pour sa réactivité et son suivi. Nous gardons cette adresse pour une prochaine fois à Vintimille.
