Large 37 m² studio located 1 km from the Rennes/Paris ramp (Vitré D178 exit) in the heart of downtown Argentré du Plessis (5000 inhabitants). It is in a small, quiet condominium, a private parking space is dedicated to you. Your arrival is done independently using a lockbox. The accommodation consists of a bright living room with equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a bed (140) and a relaxation area with sofa bed. Bathroom and separate toilet.

35 m² accommodation in the center, close to the bakery and all the small shops useful for your stay (bookstore, tobacco shop, restaurants, hairdresser...). Supermarkets, gas station and charging station are 400 m away. You can also go out around the pond, park and cinema. The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
