There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nicole and Drew's beautiful condominium. The furnishings are luxurious and high end, but cosy and comfortable as well. Nicole and Drew were easy to work with and communicate with. They shared alot of information about the condo, the building, and the surrounding area leading up to our stay which was extremely helpful. We were really happy with our stay and hope to visit again. Thanks for sharing your lovely space with us!

After experiences with other vacations, we were so happy with how clean the condo was! The pool was wonderful, too. Leo and Sebastian responded quickly to every question and request. Having beach wagon/chairs/umbrella and baby gear on hand was so helpful.

Arrived at the condo. Unit 323 with Helene (co host) Had AC not working, Charlie (co host) immediately jumped into action. Moved us to room 325. (AC working) until they fixed unit 323. Unit 323 was not ready after being at 325 for 2 days and Charlie apologized and gave me and my wife unit 812. Ocean view for the trouble at 323. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and respected privacy. It’s an older condominium so don’t expect a 2024 building 😂 I would recommend hosting with Andrew, Helene and Charlie! They are on top of it all 💪🏼 Beach walking distance, bamboo restaurant downstairs, great atmosphere and valet parking. 🅿️

It was a great experience

We loved our stay at Kanda Zen! Our first time in the area and we loved it. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops a little farther down. We didn’t rent a car so everything was in walking distance or a short Uber drive away. We loved the intracoastal waterway right next to the pool, watching yachts go by all day. Such a relaxing spot. Our host was very friendly and helpful with accommodations around our flight times. We also enjoyed the welcoming gift basket with drinks and snacks after the long day of being in airports. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of items needed for a great stay that felt like our home away from home! We enjoyed the hotel's amenities, the pool, tiki bar, valet parking, beach chair rentals which all made for a great trip. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Jodi kept in touch throughout the week to ensure a great stay! We did yoga on the beach with Michelle, which was amazing and a great way to start the day. The private beach area did not get over crowded even on the weekend during busier times. The staff was very attentive and even came out onto the beach to take food and drink orders from the tiki bar. The unit was spacious and clean with everything in the provided description. It was nice to have extra towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, shampoos and body washes and even dish soap already provided. One of my favorite features was being able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from the built in balcony windows each day! Would definitely stay again!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Stayed here for a month and it was amazing, the views are spectacular and Omar and Alex are both very helpful hosts. The apartment is well equipped and in a brilliant location too

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

Silvia’s place was very cozy and close to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store and plenty of spaces to tan in the rental unit. Plenty of silverware, dishes, etc to cook meals. Tv channels. Overall, definitely a great bang for your buck!

Great location and beautiful appartment! The view of the water from the balcony was top notch. The appartment and seperate amenities were all clean and in working order. Highly recommend!

Second time staying here with my girlfriend. This was even better since we took advantage of the amenities of Tiffany house. Place is just as picture. Balcony is huge. Everything is nice and modern. 1 block away from the beach. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Will come back again! Only negative is one of the sinks in the bathroom drains slowly, BUT it’s not a big deal since there is a second sink in the bathroom! Finally, host very responsive and accommodating with early check ins and late check outs.

Teri's place is well designed for a comfortable, peaceful stay. We arrived in the evening and Teri had left the lights and AC on for us to make for a nice welcome. We stayed for a month and enjoyed our water view every day. It was so relaxing sitting out in front on the comfortable wicker chairs. We loved the friendly, welcoming neighbors in the building. The pool was awesome. The location was close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Teri has truly thought of everything to enable a relaxing vacation with the fully stocked kitchen, large soaking tub, streaming services on the TV and even a printer in the unit.The water pressure in the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The large refrigerator freezer was great to have. We appreciated the beach items being provided such as chairs, umbrellas and cooler. The cozy robes and blankets were a nice touch. The bedding was comfortable and bath linens , beach and pool towels were ample. We would definitely stay at Teri's place again.

Michael’s place is very clean and spacious. Location has a beautiful view, only thing I couldn’t find right away was the pans to cook lol but we found it and was able to make breakfast. I would def come back and stay there.

We had an amazing week at Barry’s place. It was clean and comfortable . Barry thought of everything ! The location is perfect with the beach , pool and tiki bar are all perfect to have on site . The resort staff were all very nice and helpful. Valet parking was a breeze. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning and night and enjoying watching the ocean and beach activity. Lauderdale By The Sea is a short walk with so much to offer . I cannot say enough about my stay at Barry’s place ! OH, And having Judy available at arrival was a big plus; she showed us everything and helped us bring in our groceries too!
