Christina is very responsive with all my questions prior to my arrival: clear instructions for our arrival. Very friendly to deal with. -Studio, is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, newly renovated, -Pool, right outside the unit.. very quite area .: great for an afternoon swim. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. -Beach.: when it says the place is on the beach .. it is ! Very quite beach , chairs and umbrella ready to be used .. steps behind the building. -Area, Pompano to the left ( 3 miles ) .. Ft Lauderdale to the right ( 5 miles ) Lauderdale by the Sea pier ( 1 mile ) all have plenty of food options. Would recommend Christina’s place to any couple looking to get away for a Florida getaway

This place was perfect for what we needed! We have a one year old and for the three of us the accommodations were perfect. There was a pack n play there for us to use & it was a quiet complex so bedtime & nap time were perfect! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the stores nearby were super helpful. The pool alone made this stay worth it for us..and the kitchen had everything we would need from pots/ pans to utensils..We will certainly be back! & the property manager and his dog Lexi were so kind!!

We rate Jodi’s place 5/5 stars. Best location for everyone. Walk to stores and restaurants. Tiki bar and Italian restaurant, pool and beach on premises. Groceries and dining right across the street. Her home was newly updated, clean, great lighting with huge windows and a beautiful view of the sunset. Comfortable sleeping, enough linens and kitchen supplies, plenty of space. Jodi was available and checked in to make sure we were happy and accommodated. We loved Jodi’s place so much we can’t wait to return. Whether you want a quick getaway, a long getaway, a romantic getaway or family getaway, we highly recommend Jodi’s place on the beach!

Jason’s place was a great stay! Absolutely recommend staying here is you ever come to visit! So close to the beach, many great restaurants, wonderful community!

Overall the place was perfect. Perfect size for two people. The place was amazing. Loved having the pool, the option of using bikes, and a complimentary parking spot. Everything was super clean and up to date. Will definitely book this if we travel here again. The host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Really recommend this place!!

The location couldn't have been better — close to everything yet peaceful and private, with absolutely stunning views that made every morning and evening feel magical. The interior was tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. What truly made the stay exceptional were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality did not go unnoticed! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free retreat. We can't wait to come back!

Had a great time at Londons for a bachelorette party! London was so sons nice and the pictures did not do the house justice! Plenty of room for everyone and it’s so beautiful.

My family and I had a wonderfully rejuvenating stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. The decor and use of space really stands out from most of the other options out there. This feels like a step up. Lots of natural sunlight and a relaxing setup around back with a nice view. Nicholettle was a perfect host. Prompt in the responses and very accommodating, which added to the top-tier experience. We truly felt at home. This Airbnb will be added to my favorites list and I look forward to returning in the future.

This property was one of the top homes we’ve ever stayed in. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful location and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, with lovely bed linens. The kitchen was well stocked and the complementary snacks an unexpected treat! Large smart tv’s throughout the house allowed us to watch anything we wanted. The pool and the backyard were our favorite feature of the house, beautiful plants and very comfortable seating. Dolly was a wonderful communicator and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. With all the thoughtful touches throughout the house and her obvious concern to make our stay perfect, she has become our #1 host!

Super clean and nice !

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

My stay was for a solo get away and this space could not have been more perfect. The private outdoor space and beautifully equipped indoor spaces made it easy to safely and comfortably unwind. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Being able to borrow the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made it even easier to enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a place to with luxury, comfort and convenience.

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.
