Christina is very responsive with all my questions prior to my arrival: clear instructions for our arrival. Very friendly to deal with. -Studio, is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, newly renovated, -Pool, right outside the unit.. very quite area .: great for an afternoon swim. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. -Beach.: when it says the place is on the beach .. it is ! Very quite beach , chairs and umbrella ready to be used .. steps behind the building. -Area, Pompano to the left ( 3 miles ) .. Ft Lauderdale to the right ( 5 miles ) Lauderdale by the Sea pier ( 1 mile ) all have plenty of food options. Would recommend Christina’s place to any couple looking to get away for a Florida getaway

This place was perfect for what we needed! We have a one year old and for the three of us the accommodations were perfect. There was a pack n play there for us to use & it was a quiet complex so bedtime & nap time were perfect! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the stores nearby were super helpful. The pool alone made this stay worth it for us..and the kitchen had everything we would need from pots/ pans to utensils..We will certainly be back! & the property manager and his dog Lexi were so kind!!

We rate Jodi’s place 5/5 stars. Best location for everyone. Walk to stores and restaurants. Tiki bar and Italian restaurant, pool and beach on premises. Groceries and dining right across the street. Her home was newly updated, clean, great lighting with huge windows and a beautiful view of the sunset. Comfortable sleeping, enough linens and kitchen supplies, plenty of space. Jodi was available and checked in to make sure we were happy and accommodated. We loved Jodi’s place so much we can’t wait to return. Whether you want a quick getaway, a long getaway, a romantic getaway or family getaway, we highly recommend Jodi’s place on the beach!

Overall the place was perfect. Perfect size for two people. The place was amazing. Loved having the pool, the option of using bikes, and a complimentary parking spot. Everything was super clean and up to date. Will definitely book this if we travel here again. The host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Really recommend this place!!

Absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious and clean the place was. We were a group of six, including three of us experiencing Florida for the first time, and this Airbnb couldn’t have made a better impression. The layout was perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax, and the location was just unbeatable — right across from the beach, with incredible views. One of our favorite parts was the tiki bar downstairs — such a fun and convenient spot to hang out without having to go far. And, the Mahi Mahi fingers were sooo delicious. The valet service was also a great touch, making it super easy to come and go without any stress. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants and beachside spots, all just a short walk away. Beautiful home!! Very clean house matched every description provided. Our entire stay was amazing it felt exactly like an oasis. The neighborhood is lovely , quiet, peaceful. The pool was the main reason we booked this house & it was SPECTACULAR the host had the pool professionally cleaned twice during our stay so we could always enjoy the clean pool. This is the PLACE you want to book… no questions asked. Don’t second guess it I promise you this is the one!

Really enjoyed our stay - very spacious and great for a family. The pool table was a hit and our infant couldn’t get into too much trouble since it was not cluttered and they had a high chair available for us to use. Comfortable layout and convenient for errands without feeling like a busy area. Surrounding properties are also beautiful.

This place was absolutely perfect — even better than the photos! The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The best part? It’s right on the canal, and the hosts provide kayaks, which made for the most peaceful morning paddles and sunset adventures. The outdoor space is a dream — we spent every evening on the patio watching the water and enjoying the breeze. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and everything felt thoughtful and high-quality. Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches and restaurants, but still felt like our own little hideaway. The hosts were responsive and made check-in a breeze. Can’t wait to come back — this is our new favorite Florida spot!

We had a great experience staying here. Being so close the ocean , the pool , fishing out back and that towels and beach necessities were provided.

The host is very nice and friendly. The only reason I rated what rated was because the phone number she has on her profile isn’t her actual number, we tried to call her multiple times because she wouldn’t answer our text when we got to her place. The house needs a little touch up maintenance wise. All the exterior doors don’t close properly, it’s like the door jams aren’t making direct contact with the door. The oven isn’t working properly as well

Patricia’s place had everything you would need for a great beach stay. She messaged us to let us know the room would be ready early. The view was incredible and the bed was very comfy.

Wonderful location, spent the day by the water and was able to also walk to the beach and get food with ease. The space was also very comfortable with great lighting. Plus free parking! Can’t be beat. I would stay again

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
