Celebrated my Daughters 18th Birthday here. Everyone had a great time and the view was absolutely beautiful! The internet wasn’t working but Dom was very responsive and compensated us for that. Had this been a trip where I had to work it would have been terrible but we were there for fun only, not being able to watch tv didn’t ruin our vacation. The house its self was perfect for us and overall Dom was a great host! We would recommend other people to stay and will stay again in the future if we want to stay at a beautiful place right on the water! Most of all my Daughter and her friends had a great time celebrating being 18!!

We came to Ryans house to find serenity and find some healing from a recent loss in our family. I cannot say enough about the sunrises and sunsets on the river. This is a perfect place to rest and commune with the river. The swimming pool and hot tub on the deck leading to the floating dock was heaven to just float in while hearing the river just down the hill and being warmer =) The master overlooking the river meant every hour was in view of it. This place also can support quite a few people with a total of 4 bedrooms meaning it would be perfect for friends or families to connect with each other. And if quiet serenity is not what your after - Ryan shared discounts to rent water crafts of all types and you could tie them right to the floating doc for the house. It really has everything you need - Door Dash is loaded with great options and a large Smiths grocery store is very close. I highly recommend this incredible healing house. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was everything we wanted, the listing is right on. We enjoy the house tremendously. The location is perfect for us and the view outback cannot be love the sunset. Our host our host Scott is a great host. I’m very accommodating. We are hoping to be able to stay again next year. We’d love this area. I would love where we stayed.

My family and I stayed about eight days, Bill was extremely accommodating. Gave us ample time for a late check out. Although a bit dated, the home is beautiful, spacious, and homie. only downside was the pool was not cleaned, and the grill was completely filthy, but with a little bit of love to the grill and a phone call to Bill who had a pool guy rush over to get it cleaned up. it was all good. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Bullhead was our midway point between Las Vegas in the Grand Canyon and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you so much Bill.

my family and I love the place. Great location, very cozy home. plenty of Restaurants and Market's near by. liquor store is walking distance. family love the Jacuzzi. we are looking forward to stay here in future. Will most definitely referring our family and friends. Ruben is a great host!!!! Every time we reach out to ruben he replied within minutes. Ruben was very generous to even let us stay until 2pm check out time. Thank you Ruben for everything, much appreciated!!!

This place is in a great location. Close to River and casinos. The Home is good size for a large family. The home is clean and working condition. We would definitely stay here again. The host was attentive, and the few questions we had. They got back to us right away. The Backyard is in good condition and clean, including the pool. I would definitely recommend it this property.

My stay with my wife and kids here was so wonderful! We really enjoyed our time at this home. Erin was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, responsive to our requests and questions, and gifting us with a welcome basket with some pretty delicious snacks! Every room in the home is fully equipped for your convenience, including the kitchen so you can enjoy making a warm meal on the stove or the outdoor area for cooking on the grill. She thought of everything and we were so grateful that we found this space for our family trip! Highly recommended. We would LOVE to come back here again!

I’ve stayed at Elena’s place twice now and it’s the only place we plan to stay for our lake trips. We feel right at home. The place is extremely well-maintained, super clean, and in a great location. Elena is also extremely responsive and kind. My kids love the garage game room!

We enjoyed our stay it was a great place for some R &R. It had everything you need for comfort . Host was friendly and very helpful. Definitely would recommend if anyone is looking for a place to stay when in Bullhead City this is the perfect place . I hope to be back and visit soon .

The home was very comfortable. I absolutely enjoyed my time here with my family very convent how close the casinos and river was from the home. This home very spacious and extremely neat the amenity was all there. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very comfortable staying at this home.

This home provided amazing views and had everything we could need and more! The floor plan was perfect for our family, and my kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and piano. Patrese was easy to get ahold of and checked in with me ensuring my stay was going well. The location is perfect and close to restaurants and Laughlin. I appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to my family and friends.

Great experience! Ryan and team got us in on a holiday when our other rental had a plumbing issue! The place was great and very clean and comfortable! We appreciated the communication and that the house was what had been advertised! Great location for us and the pool was wonderful! Would stay there again!

Lesli’s place was really awesome! My stay was peaceful and relaxing, quiet inside and out. The kitchen had everything I needed. I especially loved the air fryer. The bed was super comfy, and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, very safe. She had it well-stocked with necessities, snacks, etc. It was easy to find and get in. Would be no problem even in the dark. You have complete privacy! Lesli was available if you have any questions but is not intrusive in any way. Asks if you need anything, and is just a really awesome host. I’d definitely stay there again.

James’ place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house was beautiful, spotless, and located in a fun, friendly neighborhood with great neighbors. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! The AC kept the house cool and comfortable during the hot weather, and there were so many fun extras to enjoy. Our kids had a blast fishing (they caught so many!), and we all loved using the pedal boat and kayak. The whole family spent hours swimming in the pool, playing ping pong, and enjoying a few competitive games of pickleball. This stay truly had something for everyone. We can’t wait to come back! James was a fantastic, helpful, thoughtful host!

This was my family’s first time using Airbnb. It was a scary situation at first, but she made it very easy and this will not be my last time using this location.

We love this house. We have three more stays planned for 2025. And Jessica is amazing to work with. We have worked with many different hosts over the years and she's the best!
