We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We stayed with Claude for 16 days in June. We immediately felt at home. Landlords were very reserved but immediately on the spot when help was needed. - TOP - It was very clean, also our wish to be able to use both bedrooms was no problem. Claude and his wife are very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was very, very quiet and in 30 minutes on foot the old town and in 15 minutes on foot the baker could be reached. The car could be parked immediately in front of the entrance - very pleasant when loading and unloading. The area within a 100 km radius offers sooooooo much that you can hardly explore everything in time. The small pool is ideal for cooling off after excursions in the heat.

Beautiful old house very tastefully renovated in a quiet hamlet. Charming private garden and pool with great outdoor dining and bbq space. The interior cool on a hot day and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding Minervois villages and wines

We had a pleasant stay in a nice, well-appointed accommodation. We were able to enjoy the pool, the petanque court, the foosball and the pool table. The residence is ideally located, close to Carcassonne and many other activities. Thank you to our host, Jimmy, for his welcome and responsiveness when we needed to ask him questions. We recommend!

LaRouyère is so idyllic it almost felt like a movie set — minus the boom mics and drama. The garden and pool were our private retreat; we dedicated two afternoons to pure laziness: sun, breeze, and zero responsibilities. The home is beautifully renovated (it includes a former wine cave!) and feels like the kind of place you'd happily get stranded. I cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, we slept like the dead in the blissfully quiet bedroom, and the bathroom surprised us both — showers are usually utilitarian for me, but this one was hard to leave, and my husband was equally smitten with the tub. Stuart shared great tips, including the St. Chinian market, where I found heirloom tomatoes and carrots I’m still thinking about. Both hosts were generous, friendly, and struck that great balance of available-but-not-hovering. We left feeling rejuvenated — and already looking forward to a return.

We had a wonderful 10 day relaxing break in The Lodge. The owner Susanna was an amazing attentive host! She was extremely helpful with wonderful local recommendations etc, and was always on hand if we needed her. She helped us plan our stay. We are only learning the French language, so we sincerely appreciated her help. The Lodge is well set back off the main road, so there is no noise from traffic. It is a very peaceful location but only a couple of minutes drive to the nearest village and some good restaurants. The Lodge is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We couldn't fault a thing with the accommodation. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in the area. The accommodation is spacious, very well decorated, with all the essentials to cook, prepare a nice table. Also two large bathrooms, convenient when you are in large numbers. We enjoyed the two possibilities for eating out: the terrace is perfect for breakfast and in the evening, and a table in the shade at noon on the side of the house. It is also very quiet, with a lovely view of the village, the possibility of parking without problem, shops like bakery, fruit, charcuterie, pharmacy... In short, I highly recommend this accommodation, close to Carcassonne (20 minutes) and many points of interest.

Very private, perfectly maintained, an exceptional terrace, carefully furnished, lots of amenities, special congratulations to Roxane... we feel like she is available 24/7 as she responds quickly. We highly recommend it!!

Aurélie welcomed us very well. Very nice exchanges. Good tips for visits, restaurants and wines. A small wine bar that had just opened just opposite with a charming little patio where you can eat, very nice, a little extra in the setting!

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. The reviews on Adrien and Emma's cottage are unanimous and praise the quality of the home, its amenities and its environment. A 5 out of 5 as the area is beautiful and the region (Minervois around Carcassonne) is attractive due to the diversity of activities. Kilometers by car on deserted and shaded roads, pure happiness! But also walks and swims nearby (from the exit of the cottage for the first) and a few kilometers for the second (in Pradelles-Cabardès). A pure pleasure. Tenants should know that Adrien and Emma's large farm (sheepfold?) houses two gites, one (which we occupied) and the other for 6 people, who share common areas, a nice garden and a beautiful terrace (each benefiting however from a private part with outdoor table and chairs). This is to say that at times, you may not be alone. We lived with a Spanish family in a friendly atmosphere.

Very nice accommodation, quite isolated (positive for us). Beautiful walks and hikes to do nearby, without a car, and for the most motivated, the Gouffre de Cabrespine accessible on foot (2 small km, but quite steep!). And of course, a very welcoming host who cares about his guests! In short, a wonderful stay!

Very clean and spacious, lovely little pool and sitting out areas. BBQ. Less than 10 mins walk to several restaurants on the canal. We recommend Le Moulin and Moderne Poissionerie. Gerard was extremely welcoming

Very good stay at Emma's, the accommodation was impeccable and faithful to the listing. No complaints about the welcome or the comfort. Just note: cleaning fee a little high compared to the price of the night. That said, no disappointment on arrival, the cleanliness was impeccable.

We were a party of three who recently had a most enjoyable holiday in Karlolina's house. The house has been beautifully renovated and has a lovely garden. The village is charming- it was very quiet in early May but I'm sure it is much busier in the height of summer. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, including Carcassonne (very busy) and a handful of the many Cathar castles in the region. Our tour and tasting at the local vinegar producer was very interesting.
