You're five minutes from the bus lines on foot from my place. To get to the city center on foot it takes about 20 minutes Line number three will take you directly to Lausanne station in 10 minutes. To get to the EPFL campus with transportation, it will take you about 25 minutes. The highway is five minutes away. You benefit from a quiet environment This is not a shared apartment, the living room and terrace are not included.

16m2 room in a very spacious apartment. The roommates (between 27 and 30 years old) are very friendly but are often not at the apartment. 10 min walk from the Unil/epfl. The city center is 10 minutes away by metro.
