Moderno e confortevole appartamento situato a Lavagna in una zona che dista solo pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di lavagna e si trova proprio sul confine con chiavari, per questo è molto facile spostarsi tramite i due paesi anche senza auto. Dalla zona dell'appartamento nel giro di qualche Km si potranno raggiungere mete turistiche come Recco, Portofino e Sestri levante. Di fronte all'appartamento ci sono dei bar e anche un minimarket.
