43m² cottage on the ground floor of a characterful house, located in a mountain hamlet in the heart of Cantal, 5km from the Lioran resort, 8km from the medieval city of Murat and 20km from the Grand Site du Puy Mary. Ideal for hikers, the cottage is on the GR400 (Tour des Monts du Cantal) and on Via Arverna (Chemin de Compostela). There is another gite with independent entrance upstairs. The hamlet is on the side of the mountain, the cottage is semi-buried and has a glass door and 2 small windows.

Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

On the high ground floor of the Sumene Tower overlooking the resort, you will find this 35m square apartment, with an enclosed sleeping area and a 2-bed mezzanine for children. The location allows access to the slopes via the walkway without waiting hours for the elevator in the morning and evening. It is fully equipped with the ski locker inside. For the off, it's ideal when you come back from a day of hiking or biking. All shops are at the foot of the tower.

Quiet and recently renovated accommodation. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a bedroom with 03 beds, a shower room with shower, a kitchenette open to the living room with a sofa bed and a dining area. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
