Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. On the top floor of the Tour de la Sumene overlooking the resort, you will find this 35 m² apartment, with a closed sleeping area and a mezzanine with 2 beds for children. The location allows access to the slopes via the walkway without waiting hours for the elevator in the morning and evening. It is fully equipped with the ski locker located indoors. For the summer it is ideal when you come back from a day of hiking or cycling. All shops are at the foot of the tower.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

If you like calm, tranquility and nature, our cottage is for you. We do our best to make your stay pleasant with the pool which is private to the cottage and accessible in summer from 10am to 7pm. We are close to Brioude with its magnificent basilica and painting exhibitions, 2 km from the highway with access in 45 minutes to the Cantal mountains or to the Auvergne volcano range, the Puy de Dôme. As well as 1 hour from Puy-en-Velay.
