The accommodation (90 m2) is cozy and authentic, well heated and very well equipped. On the ground floor: entrance hall with toilet, large L-shaped open room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, and south-facing living/dining room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
