Just as the address reveals it is close to swimming but also nice restaurants and stores. Here in the kitchen, Leila bakes have been recorded once in a while, so if you like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped! There's a patio to eat, grab a cup of coffee, or sunbathe at. Two separate 120 beds as well as a sofa bed, a shower, a shower, a toilet, etc. Welcome!

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guest house with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cabin accommodates up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and hot tub you can look out over Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming no matter the season. Child-friendly beach in the lake is walking distance. It is nice walking paths directly from the farm.

The magazine in Tuna, has finally come back to life! Newly renovated and decorated to offer cozy accommodation in the countryside. Come a long weekend with friends, cook around the kitchen island or book a private dinner in the "Farm House". It is a beautiful environment where you are happy to take walks, a bike ride or swim in Mälaren. The magazine is secluded from the host's residence, with its own driveway. Come and enjoy peace and quiet, or visit all the exciting sights of Mariefred or Strängnäs.

Retreat and nature experience

Relax in this unique and quiet home, with walking distance to the swimming lake and nature reserves in a Sörmland paradise. Stay in a nice old log cabin, originally from the 17th century, which is gently and tastefully decorated for relaxing and cozy all year round. With a nice reading and writing corner, a nap-friendly kitchen sofa, well-stocked pantry for breakfast and coffee, as well as a nice fireplace for warmth and company. The bed is made ready, just curl up and sleep well.

Private house in the summer idyll Mariefred, free parking

In a quiet and child-friendly area, you can relax in this peaceful home. The house is 35 well planned square meters with bedroom, kitchen and living room in one. Access to two patios that guarantee sun all day. Close to Mariefred's cozy city center, a 5-minute walk along the docks and boardwalk. Double bed with a mattress (160cm) and there is the possibility to set up an extra single bed (cost +295kr/night). Free parking in the carport, sheets and towels is included in the price.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

Lovely guesthouse with access to sauna and lake

Relax with friends or family in a lakeside cottage with access to sauna. There is a comfortable bedroom, a kitchen and living room in one with two sofas that are converted into single beds in the evening, as well as a toilet with sink. There is an outdoor shower with water from the lake. The studio is only 5 min by car from Läggesta train station where you can catch a train to Stockholm in 40 min. Mariefred is located 4 km from the house.

Beachfront house 45 minutes from Stockholm

A modern house built in 2022 located in glorious south facing right on the shoreline, offering the best of Swedish nature only 50 minutes from Stockholm City. Enjoy Järnafjärden's fine swimming and fishing waters from the private dock, barbecue overlooking the remote and enjoy the morning coffee on the sunny dock deck. The house offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay!
