Vacation home

18th-century vacation cottage, renovated in 2018. Guests have the entire cottage at their disposal, with a common room with a kitchenette, a toilet, a bathroom, and a sauna on the ground floor, and two bedrooms in the attic (the first for 3 adults and the second for 4 adults (or two adults and three children)). You can use the garden with outdoor seating and a grill. In winter, it's close from here to downhill and cross-country skiing (Zadov, Philipsreuth, Bílá stopa), and in summer you can walk and cycle around the Šumava mountains, and if you remember that you want to have a wedding here, that's beautiful too :-)

Cozy cottage in the foothills of Šumava

The cottage is situated as a smaller, quiet, and detached building with a newly expanded terrace near the beautiful and historically preserved village of Lčovice in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The local conditions are ideal for cycling, walking, mushroom picking, skiing and lounging. The cottage is practically furnished for the winter season, has its own fenced garden with a parking lot and a grill. The covered terrace is equipped with chairs and a table, sun loungers, and a swing, and is located on a sunny southern slope overlooking the surrounding Šumava region.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic center of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a perfect night's rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Three houses - View

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a ship hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa, and a wood stove with a comfortable kitchen make up a fine-tuned whole. It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the houses with love, emphasizing minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Sitting above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (separate charge).

Chalupa Mojkov

A peaceful place on the edge of a picturesque Šumava village in 850m is a destination that will bring you the pleasure of traveling, relaxation and breathtaking views of the landscape. Our cozy cottage is ideal for families with children or for parties of enthusiastic tourists who are looking for nature, adventure and want to discover the fairytale world of the Šumava Mountains. From us it is a short walk to all the famous and lesser-known Šumava locations, both on foot or by bike. Not suitable for loud celebrations and bachelor parties.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Large spacious house, just a few meters from the lake. At the edge of the forest. The house has maximum comfort, 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace. Spacious living room with fireplace and water views. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area on the terrace. Two spacious bathrooms, two toilets, 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. Our place is quiet, comfortable, and a small boat is available. The house is fenced.

Suite with 2 BDR in Guard Tower built 1505- centre

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
