I have been renting various airbnb properties for 12 years and Eric is the most considerate host I have met. He made sure that everything was in place to make our holiday as perfect as possible. Communication was particularly easy as Eric replied to all questions very promptly. The property is well furnished with comfortable beds and chairs and a very well equipped kitchen. The garden gets lots of sun but there are terrace awnings if you prefer the shade. The area is very quiet but you are only about half an hour from the coast. Saujon the nearest small town is a short drive away for those fresh croissants and baguettes. If you are looking for a quiet holiday then I can thoroughly recommend Eric’s house

The only small downside is the lack of communication about the additional cost to be paid beyond 4 people (€10/night/ person). There were 6 of us. Also the fact that the sheets are paying ( so you have to bring home your own) is a fairly negative and unusual point on Airbnb. Overall we are very satisfied with this rather spacious accommodation, very well located, refurbished. Very good communication with our host Sophie. We hope to be able to return during our future stays in this beautiful region. I recommend it.
