Son grand balcon sur lequel donne toutes les pieces est exposé sud. Confort, charme, alliant contemporain et caractère montagnard. Départ des pistes à 5 mn. 90 km de domaine skiable et 47 pistes. Relié à La Clusaz et aux 215 km de pistes des Aravis. Pistes de luge, ski Park, randonnées, vtt. Site JO 2030.

Ski apartment at the foot of the slopes in winter and close to hiking trails the rest of the year! Very well equipped, 40 m2, renovated in 2020. View of the mountains and farms nearby to pick up your Reblochon farmer! Well located also for exploring the region, next to La Clusaz, 1 hour from Lake Annecy, Chamonix. Electric car charge not taken care of in the rental. Package to be set together according to need. Pets accepted under conditions: exchange during reservation request.

Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!
