On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, 2 steps from the forest and the Loire Valley bike paths, 5 minutes from the natural swimming area of Mont-près-Chambord and its shops (bakery, tobacconist, Intermarché, gas station), a little holiday atmosphere for this old house furnished in a contemporary way where you can enjoy in summer a private terrace with pool (open from May 30 to September 15) and in winter relax by a fireplace.

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.

Between Cheverny and Chambord, you will be seduced by the quiet and bucolic environment of our 34 m² cottage located in the heart of Sologne nature. Composed of an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed (130 cm: for 2 children or 1 adult), a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. Terrace area with unobstructed views of our park of more than 2 hectares (not enclosed).

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
