Située à 200m environ des quais du Croisic, au cœur d'un quartier extrêmement calme, vous vivrez un séjour au calme et au cœur de la ville ! Le logement a été entièrement rénové en 2016, à l'origine il était dédié à l'hébergement de marins pêcheurs pour la saison de la sardine, Vous avez accès au spa toute l’année (sauf en cas de conditions météorologiques défavorables, l'eau est chauffée à 35°, à un salon de jardin privatif, deux relax une table, deux chaises pour déjeuner en extérieur !

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

Idéale pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre ami.e.s, nous vous proposons cette charmante villa - atypique composée de 3 étages - accompagnée d'une magnifique vue mer. Située au bout de cette impasse calme et familiale, il vous suffit de faire quelques pas pour sentir sous vos pieds la douceur et la chaleur du sable fin ! Un vrai délice complété par un panoramique magnifique : à droite, vue sur la côte sauvage ; à gauche vue sur la baie de La Baule !

With us, you are not "welcomed" by a key box… We welcome you in person :)) On the ground floor of our house, you have 65 m2, independent and reserved for our visitors. The house is quiet, away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Everything is within walking or cycling distance: the beach, shops, the wild coast... Enclosed garden for your sole use and not chemically treated to enjoy grilling and outdoor dining. You will be comfortable with us!

Come and discover our cozy 80 m2 house with its 400 m2 enclosed garden. Its location is ideal, you can do everything on foot! It is a 6-minute walk from the marina, shops and sea, and 15 minutes from the train station. Ideally located between the sea and the countryside, we took up residence there 4 years ago and are renovating this house to make it our little cocoon. But in our absence this summer we want to share it with you!
