Monthly Rentals in Le Douhet

We had a very good stay in the cottage offered by Nathalie, who is a very nice and accommodating host! We will not fail to rent it again because we have friends who live nearby. The terrace is pleasant in good weather and the cottage offers all the necessary equipment to have a great stay. The space was very clean. The only downside is that the temperature rises very quickly in the room upstairs, but Nathalie specifies this in advance and there is the possibility of sleeping in the cool on the ground floor if necessary. The staircase in the accommodation is quite steep and you have to be careful when going down but Nathalie also specifies this and if you're careful it goes well. I would highly recommend it

We had a very good stay (3 nights) in this rental that met our need to stay near Saintes in a quiet environment. The host is welcoming and available. The accommodation is clean, functional and nicely decorated. We even got to enjoy the outdoors in the beautiful sunshine.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's place. Everything was as advertised: the room is well-equipped, clean and functional, ideal for a short stay. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center and the arenas. Big plus for the small terrace, very nice. Jean-Pierre is a responsive and discreet host, which makes the stay even more smooth. Thank you!

A warm welcome and small welcome intentions that made our short stay enjoyable. Flawless cleanliness and a happy sense of detail in the kitchen and bathroom. In the city but close to bucolic and relaxing nature. We enjoyed the breakfast.
