Quiet cottage for 2 people, in the countryside (possibility of 4 people with the sofa). Located 30 min from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 min from Fougères, this cottage (adjoining on one side with another cottage 11 people) is the perfect base for exploring the region. On the ground floor, a living room of 20 m² with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, WC and a separate bathroom. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

Independent entrance (digicode gate + key box) overlooking common guarded courtyard. Only 1 parking space. Amenities available for a pleasant stay. Small green courtyard. The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

Very bright. New accommodation in the countryside with animals, 60 m2, fully equipped with large terrace. Quick access to the A84, 35 min from Mont-Saint-Michel, 10 min from Fougères… All shops are 10 minutes away. Pleasant, green and wooded environment. Hammock, petanque court and various games available to you. Cleaning must be done on your departure. Linens and towels will be provided by us. Pets not allowed. A key box system is installed for arrivals after 8pm.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.
