In the heart of the historic center, this apartment has the charm of the old: beams (be careful if you're tall), half-timbering and bricks, and has all the comforts of modernity. Composed of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room (sofa bed), a bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. On the 3rd floor, without elevator access, with a final staircase that's a little steep, but once you arrive you will be won over! And if the apartment is not available, book "Rose-brique, maison de ville" on a nearby street.

La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. 5 minutes from downtown Albi, Episcopal city (UNESCO World Heritage Site). In a very quiet area, small charming house (40 m²), on enclosed wooded land of 900 m². Features a large covered terrace (30 m²), with barbecue, hotplate and large plancha. Direct river access, ideal for fishing. Motorized boat (2.5 hp) available upon request at time of booking. Pets: allowed. In June, July and August, bookings are for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.

It has a separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, an equipped kitchen with sitting area (approximately 12 m2), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, office area and an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable and bright. It overlooks a large garden and vegetable garden. It belongs to the peace of a village while being close to urban life. Self check-in in case of absence of the owners.
