Then by the green line the pond of Buhel labeled "Blue Flag" and its guinguette and wakeboard ,tree climbing, go-karting. Market Day: Sundays. Close to the Gâvre forest and its equestrian center. 45 minutes from the beaches of La Baule.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Charming cottage completely renovated in 2018. Original architecture, refined aesthetics and authentic atmosphere for this house with great potential. Numerous bike paths nearby. Horses and ponies on site will delight young and old!
