En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Remis à neuf, le chalet « Les petits Loups » offre aux amoureux de la montagne, chaleur et cocooning. Décoré avec goût, ce chalet fait aussi le bonheur des amateurs d'art ! Concernant sa capacité d'accueil, vous disposez de 3 chambres (pour 2 personnes chacune) et de deux mezzanines "ambiance dortoir" ouvertes sur le séjour. Je vous accueillerai avec beaucoup de plaisir et resterai disponible durant votre séjour. L'heure d'arrivée ou de départ peut être discutée, suivant les disponibilités.

Appartement de 60m2 dans rez de chaussée dans chalet savoyards en bois. Capacité de 4 personnes (maxi 6 avec canapé lit); Tout équipé, a proximité des pistes de ski alpin par liaison en navettes : arrêt de la navette à 100m et ensuite 4 kilometres du pieds des pistes. A 100 ml des pistes de ski de fond; golf à 300 mètres. Lieux calme, entouré de montagne, prairie, forêt et rivière. Draps et linges de toilette fournis. Local à ski et rangement: +15m2. Terrasse et jardin idéal pour enfants.

Le P'tit Crêt

Chalet individuel avec vue dégagée sur la chaîne des Aravis situé dans un petit lotissement après le "Nant Robert et Le Crêt du Bouchet" à 2,5 kms du centre du village. Voiture indispensable. ATTENTION ! le chalet n'est pas isolé et selon périodes dans la journée et aussi week-end, passage fréquent de véhicules menant aux habitations plus haut. Nous ne sommes en aucun cas responsables et nous ne maitrisons pas le flux de voitures devant le chalet (route réservée aux riverains).

There are many activities throughout the year (hiking, skiing, summer tobogganing, golf, cycling, archery, adventure park, via ferrata...). Lake Annecy is 30 minutes away.
