Idéalement situé au centre de Paris à 2 mn à pied de tous les commerces de la Rue de Bretagne et du célèbre Marché des Enfants Rouges. Très proche de République, Châtelet, Bastille, Hôtel de Ville. Triangle d'or du shopping, belles galeries d'art, grande offre de restaurants. A quelques mn à pied du Musée Picasso.

The apartment is 53 m2 including veranda, 2nd floor without elevator. 2 bedrooms separated from the living room by glass partitions (not visible on the picture, they were made recently) . It is suitable for 3 persons. One bed is 160cm wide, the 2nd is 120 cm wide and can possibly be suitable for 2 children or a couple. I live in this apartment, I have chosen each thing carefully, with the result that it feels really cosy.
