Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. It offers all the comfort and serenity for 6 people with its 70 m2 garden, garage, heated ski locker and bike storage. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes (alpine and cross-country) 10 min walk, different hiking trails.

It has a great location and is a 5-minute walk from the shops and the start of the slopes. (Ski shuttle also available at the bottom of the residence) Completely renovated in 2021 in a warm mountain style and equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home.

We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to late March, due to snow, the climb is only by hiking, allow a maximum of 45 minutes.
