Ideally located in Serre Chevalier 1500. 70 m2 family apartment, bright and comfortable, on the second floor of a small residence. Composed of an entrance with cupboard and toilet. Then a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a balcony with mountain views, facing south. Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and storage, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, a bedroom with bunk beds and a sink area. Under the roofs, a bedroom with double bed (160 cm).

When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

SKI LOCKER INCLUDED at the foot of the slopes (ski season). Immediate access to the Pantalon climbing site, river 50 meters away, local wildlife visible from the apartment!

Hi. we rent a nice 25 m2 studio in the heart of Mônetier-les-Bains with a sunny southeast-facing balcony with mountain views and on the banks of the Guisane. Great for breakfast or lunch in the sun :-) The location is great: - The slopes are 400 m away on foot. - Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail at the foot of the building. - The baths and the small cinema are 200 m away. - Bakery, Sherpa, restaurants and shops are 300 m away. Welcome to the jewel of Monêtier, located in the beautiful typical village of Le Monêtier Les Bains at 1500 m altitude. Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. It offers all the comfort and serenity for 6 people with its 70 m2 garden, garage, heated ski locker and bike storage. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes (alpine and cross-country) 10 min walk, different hiking trails.

Sunny flat, close to Ski lifts and 'Grands Bains'

Welcome in our quiet family flat, overlooking the Guisane river, fully equiped (WIFI included). The apartment includes a large living-/dining-room, 3 bedrooms, and a large South balcony facing the Ski slopes. The flat is located in a perfect spot: - Close to all shops and restaurants - 1 mn from the Grands Bains, cinema, tennis playgrounds, departures of kayak, rafting, cross-country skiing and snowshoes tracks - 5 mn from ski lifts of Serre Che 1500.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
