Our little but cosy and sweet family apartment at the heart of the Ecrins in Puy-Saint-Vincent - surrounded by mountains and next to the ski area. The best located chalet in Montgenèvre, with magnificent views, arrive and leave from the door with skis on your feet! Direct access (50 m) to the main Les Chalmettes ski lift. 100 m from La Durancia with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hammam, massages, restaurant. Downhill mountain biking, walks, tennis courts, golf, tree climbing, are all within a 2-minute walk. Also very close to the center of the village. Private sauna, 2nd living room with home theater and Netflix.

Minimum stay of 7 days in summer and winter season, rental of sheets and towels for an extra €15 pp

The apartment « Le Serre d’Or » is located right by the Serre Chevalier Chantemerle ski lifts. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine: ideal for 6 guests. A single bed can be added in the living room. The open kitchen, the south facing balcony with a view on the mountain, the ski/bike locker and the free access to the residence’s swimming pool (open from December to April and in July and August) will ensure a very comfortable stay.
