We loved our stay at Emmanuel's place and would absolutely return. The space is light, clean and spacious. It's in a wonderful location and very easy to walk to everything you need. The hosts were so helpful and accomodating. Annecy is such a special place to visit and staying an Emmanuel's place made us feel right at home. Can't wait to come back one day!

With the incredible view, cozy living space, and endless food options within walking distance, this Airbnb was truly a gem. The perfect space from which to explore Annecy. Like other reviews mention, the stairs to get to the top floor are a little daunting at first but you get used to it quickly. We were able to get up and down these stairs with medium-sized luggage carefully, but just fine. We had no issues! Of note, especially for anyone who needs the internet during their travels, the WiFi is very spotty and slow. Thank you Sylviane for such a wonderful and memorable stay!!

My stay went very well, quiet place. The access explanations were very clear. The apartment is warm, functional and very pleasant. Teo is very responsive in his answers to my questions. I recommend it without hesitating.

The location of Lucie's apartment is perfect for exploring the city and lake, and proximity to all the restaurants. Plus parking in the building in the center of Old Town. Lucie was a very responsive, flexible and communicative host, and met us to orient us to the apartment. Very clean apartment and aligned with the photos on line. We'd definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment, in the heart of Annecy without being in the busy old town (5 minutes' walk). Pedestrian street so very quiet. Tastefully decorated, super spacious living/dining room and ideal for a child to play. Very well equipped. All types of shops nearby. When we arrived there was already toilet paper, shower products, some coffee capsules and tea. Very nice to find this upon arrival. Lucas was very available and very friendly.

Really nice place very close to Lake Annecy. Right in the center of lake activity, a lot of street noise our first night there which was a Sunday night but then settled down. Elevator inside building a big plus when transporting luggage. No street parking so parked in parking lot two blocks from apartment as instructed and was reimbursed by rental management very promptly. Large bed also a plus!

Rafaelle was incredibly kind and warm during my arrival. The place was lovely, and it may sound like I’m exaggerating but I do think it was one of the best spots I’ve had so far with the Airbnb service. I do wish there was soap in the bathroom sink, but it wasn’t a big deal. We just bought some. Any other criticisms I may have are incredibly insignificant, and aren’t a real issue. Raffaele was a very kind and attentive host.

My wife and I loved our stay at Laurène's place! The apartment had everything that we needed, and we had such a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the Old Town! The view from the apartment was so lovely too, and the windows kept out all of the street noise. The only small thing to note is that there is limited hot water - we ran out after a fairly lengthy shower, so just be aware to not have too long showers if you are showering back to back! We loved our stay and Laurène was super helpful with local recommendations and clear instructions. Thanks!

Isabelle was very gracious host and very pleasant to deal with. She had for us a bottle of juice and a jar of apricot jam that she made herself. 💕 really appreciated it. Her place was spacious and very clean in a quiet location, walkable to the city center. Although we did not use the kitchen, she had everything for us to use - oil, spices, pots and pans. The air conditioner in living room and bedrooms is one that you put ice into to cool the air. It worked for us, weather was still pleasant early June. It was a perfect trip. You couldn't find a more central place in Annecy. Short walks to everything. Parking is very convenient down below with a lift virtually to the front door. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and big. When you've been travelling for a while you forget how nice it is to have a bit of space until you live in an apartment like Karine's. The space is ace.

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.
