Excellent stay, very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, magnificent view, well located, parking space right in front, great value for money. I just needed a washing machine and I would have stayed longer.

Large part of the accommodation refurbished, has everything to allow a relaxing or sporty or discovery stay, a location allowing to go on foot to Annecy in 45 min when the buses (50 m away) are too full or to enjoy the magnificent panorama offered by the green path bordering the lake, far from the cars. The bike is king around the lake, but pedestrians/walkers also have a special place. Having a parking space for the car is a plus because outside they are all full. We can leave it there and enjoy without it. Our hosts Alain and his wife adorable and nearby, passionate about their region that they share with us through their information. I recommend this apartment and I think I'll happily return.

Very well located, quiet , clean apartment. Accessible by e-bike throughout the city of Annecy. Easy to charge on the deck . Full of attention left by Martine who are very pleasant (Coffee , jam , brioche, wine…) Everything was perfect for discovering this beautiful region

What a beautiful home <3 The flat is modern, super clean, very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! We stayed at the tail end of a heat wave and were worried that there was no aircon, but the superb quality Dyson floor fans work great, so not an issue at all! The garden is private, quite and had wonderful views over the mountains. 10mins max from the beach and supermarkets, bus stops etc. Sabrina was super helpful, and Emily, who checked us in was friendly, warm and welcoming 🙏 Thank you for a wonderful stay <3

Great place! Clean, perfectly matches the photos and fully equipped, with a very nice terrace. Big advantage: public transport is right at the foot of the building, which is very convenient. Check-in is self check-in, making it easy to install. The host was very responsive and provided us with all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend this place — you won't be disappointed!

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Good communication with the owner. Clear information. A well-located, quiet home with a magnificent and peaceful view. The apartment was spotless, it smelled good, well equipped with good bedding. A very good restaurant for 2 pas. And all the amenities easy to access. It's a great place that I keep👍

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊
