Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Mise en scène gourmande qui comprend la mise en scène romantique+1/2bouteille de champagne+petits fours sucré ou salé a définir ensemble à 50€. Mise en scène anniversaire a 20€ .

Venez passer une nuit ou plusieurs dans ce studio avec terrasse, proche de la ville (Troyes: 15min), basé à la campagne et à proximité d'une voie verte pour des balades ensoleillées. A proximité (10min à pieds), se trouve bureau de tabac, pizzeria, boulangerie, etc A 5min en voiture, vous aurez la possibilité de faire vos courses dans un hypermarché casino et même faire un saut dans une salle de sport à côté (basicfit). Au plaisir de vous accueillir dans ce studio construit depuis avril 2022. 🚭
