Gîte indépendant rénové en bord de Loire, confort et calme, pour professionnels, touristes ou personnes souhaitant visiter la famille. 40 m² avec cuisine aménagée équipée, lit double 160, petit canapé, douche italienne, TV et wifi, poêle, terrasse plein sud sur la nature. A proximité immédiate : transports (bus, bac de Loire, gare), commerces et services (restaurants, laverie, piscine etc). Périphérique et centre Atlantis à 12 min, Nantes et aéroport à 20 min, plages et vignobles à 40 min.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Nantes (15 min) and the seaside (25 min), you can discover the Nantes region independently. The studio is fully equipped. Located in the town of Pellerin, on the banks of the Loire, you can enjoy a market on Saturday mornings and walks on the quays or in the forest. A 5-minute walk from the shops, you'll have access to a supermarket with a gas station and a pharmacy.

Stay at the castle, with family or friends

A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.

La Petite Grange has been transformed into a charming cottage, combining comfort and elegance. For lovers of authenticity, you can come and spend a timeless moment in the heart of the countryside, close to the Nantes-La Baule axis. You can enjoy the city of Nantes or explore the Atlantic coast. A private spa is at your disposal. Breakfast and a bottle of fine bubbly are offered for the first night.

Charming little cottage by the river

In a green setting on a wooded plot by the river, come and relax during your stay. Possibility to borrow bikes from us if you wish. Also available are a canoe, barbecue, slide and swing for children as well as a ping pong table and trampoline in fine weather. Beautiful walks to do in the vicinity, please let us know.

Former 80 m2 farm outbuilding completely renovated in the heart of a village. Located 20 km from Nantes and 30 km from Pornic, close to the Martinière Canal. Enclosed 500 m2 backyard with terrace. Covered outbuilding with various game accessories and gas barbecue. Pedestrian circuit nearby.

Studio flat in our garden

Our house is near the Loire river ("La Loire à vélo"), the ocean and Nantes. We have an independant apartment, perfect for couples and solo travelers. Quiet in a garden surrounded by stone walls. Possibility to park bikes in a garage (under owners' responsability).
